Richard Nacht, created an early online lending company which he profitably sold in 2003. That company was an Inc. 500 member and was consistently in the top 10% of its peers in profitability as tracked by industry reports from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Richard holds a MBA from New York University and a JD from New York Law School. He gained valuable subject matter experience introducing blogging to the real estate industry during 2005-2006 as the acknowledged leader to the industry regarding effective blog marketing.
He is a recognized authority in the field of social media, a Senior Fellow with the Society for New Communications Research and is the author of the forthcoming book Social Media as a Recruiting Strategy, from John Wiley & Sons which will be integrated into CCN marketing efforts. He is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Recruiting with Social Media at New York University in the Fall/Winter 2008-09.
Richard has worked on social media engagements with clients from authors to Fortune 500 companies and is available as a consultant on all things social media, new media, social networking and online communities.
